Do I have to pay sales tax?
  We are required to charge sales tax in the following states: Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

International customers: Please note that our shipping rates for packages that are shipping to areas outside of the United States do not include any duties or VAT taxes. Those fees can only be collected by the country the delivery address is in. Please contact the customs unit for your country to determine what fees, if any, are charged to inbound shipments.

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  In order to secure your order, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
